Joe Mulligan qualified as a nurse in 1984, he worked for Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance service for 7 years both as a member of an emergency ambulance crew, attending a variety of emergency situations, and in a training capacity. He is a qualified teacher and has worked for the British Red Cross for 15 years in a first aid advisory role. He has written first aid books, press and magazine articles and has advised on programmes for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4

hey im only 17, am i pregnant, i have tender breast which hurt a little when i touch them, also have a little back pain on the lower back, sometimes i get a cramp in my stomach. also a bit of discharge is forming, and now i have a cold. please help me x
