If you’ve suffered months, even years of infertility, finding out you’re pregnant will be a very special moment – but not without its concerns.


You may be an older mom, or pregnant with twins or multiples – either way, you’ll be monitored very closely during your pregnancy. Plenty of women go on to have successful pregnancies and healthy babies following fertility treatment, so there is no need for you to place extra worry on yourself about your baby’s wellbeing. After all the stress of trying to conceive, its now time to let your body take over and try to relax as much as possible.

 

You can help your baby staying healthy, eating well, and keeping your stress levels low. Now is the time to indulge in that massage you’ve been planning, or to do some gentle exercise like swimming – and above all, to enjoy feeling your growing baby somersaulting inside you.
