Britney loses custody of sons
In a shocking ruling made last yesterday by a judge, Britney Spears' children have been handed over to her ex Kevin Federline.
County commissioner Gordon made the decision after the singer ignored rules he had set for her. Those rules included meeting with a drug councillor, being drug tested, enroling in parenting classes, signing a judges order and having a valid Californian driving licence when travelling with her boys.
After she did none of the above, friends and family feared the worst. One friend said: "We are all fearing for Britney and this will be the final straw for her."
Hours after the singer was ordered to hand over her children, Sean preston, two and Jayden James, one, she was seen heading for a tanning salon to top up her tan, and was also spotted shopping and getting ready for a night out.
Kevin Federline was given "Physical custody" after he compiled a dossier of her alleged bad behaviour to win full custody of the boys.
Friends of Spears fear she may be suicidal now her boys have been taken away and her mother Lynne was last night desperately trying to contact her, to beg her not to do anything stupid.
