IMeant to say IF reflux is very irritating and your baby cries a lot - seek treatment.

Hi Guest guest. Early infant crying gets attributed to many things and at the moment many mums are told their baby has reflux. The reality is that many babies have reflux and it is benign - which means it wont bother them - they spit up and are still okay. Other babies get bothered by it because their little oesophagus gets a bit irritated by the acid. Reflux is very irritating should be treated with medication.

HI hisue, it is possible that she is experiencing little sensory dreams and these are making her whimper and cry out. Babies are notoriously noisy sleepers. Try to watch that she is not overtired when you put her to sleep - she can be awake for up to two hours before going back to sleep. You can also try white noise to help her sleep deeper.
