Excellent sound quality, the monitor picks up the quietest of sounds - even thumb sucking!

Yes but I mostly used the mains

Excellent sound quality, system also has some great features including light display and music options.  Good range of pre-loaded music which doesn’t sound tinny!  We’re keen to try out the mp3 option when we get a minute.  I have recommended this monitor to friends.

Mains for now, but I will be using batteries for camping trips when there are no mains, which makes the unit super useful.

The sound is really clear and there plenty of functions which are both useful and easy to use. Although I haven't tested the range to its max it is a feature I would particularly look for in monitor. I found the bulbous shape of the parent unit makes it slightly too attractive as a potential toy to small children who want to grab it and roll it along the floor!

I had to look at how to use the menu button and the different options that I had. Apart from that, I found it really easy to set up and use.

I get signal in every area of my  2 bedroom flat , so for me it was great.

When listening to baby in another room, how clear was the sound?
 It was very clear, in fact on high volume I can hear her breathing and every little noise she makes. I found it very comforting.

Did you know the parent unit runs off mains or batteries?  Which did you mainly use?
I mainly ran it from the mains. But I found it handy to use it on batteries before bed, whilst in a different room and then put it on mains when I went to bed.

No

Could you give us your overall opinion of the BT Baby Monitor & Pacifier?
It gave me a great sense of relief as I can hear my child breathing from another room. She has had a cough and before I used to jump out of bed in the middle of the night to check on her when she was coughing but now I can hear her breathing from another room on the monitor its really great. If she wakes up early, I can put the music on and get her back to sleep without her seeing me as she will want to get up and play if I do go into the room! The torch on the back is great as when I do need to go and check on her I don’t need to turn the light on and when the torch is on the unit will mute itself so you don’t get the feedback from the monitor which is loud and can wake her.

Yes but more from habit than necessity; I always read the user guide before I set up anything new for Lily just to make sure I’m doing it right!

Our house isn’t very big but I did take the monitor into the garden with me when I hung out the washing and it still worked really clearly from there.

The sound was really clear

Better. The sound is much better the only difference really is the lack of video, which I don’t really use anyway

I really liked it I thought the sound was really clear, and Lily seemed to enjoy the lullabies, which didn’t have the irritating tinny sound that other monitors seem to have.

I loved it, especially the light show and the music. The music was much better quality and much ‘softer’ and more lullaby like than my previous BT monitor.  The range is great: at last one that will work when we’re on holiday!
