Homemade sausage patties
A healthier alternative to meatballs, and full of protein when you serve them with scrambled eggs
What you need:
- 500g ground pork
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dried sage
- ½ tbsp dried thyme
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp each salt (optional) and black pepper
- 1 medium free-range egg
- Butter or cooking spray, for frying
- Scrambled eggs, to serve
