9 month old wetting the bed?

for the last few weeks our 9 month old has been wet during the night. no, were not potty training him, his nappy seems to be so full, his babygro and sheets are wet. The only thing I can think of is, we usually give him 210ml bottle about 430pm with his tea and 240ml bottle about 7pm before bed. we changed his nappy up from 4 to 4 plus but still the same. anyones baby been the same, any ideas?

Maybe he could go without the bottle at 4.30 and give him his tea then a bottle before bed.

hiya. i had the same problems with my son, a soaking baby and a soaking bed every night or morning. what i did was PUT HIM IN THE SMALLEST SIZED NAPPIES THAT WOULD FIT HIM, cos i found that the bigger sized ones were leaking at the legs and that was causing the problems. TESCOS OWN NAPPIES ARE THE BEST N BEST VALUE AROUND, BELIEVE ME TRY THEM. YOU CANT GO WRONG, MY BOY DOES HORRENDOUS EXPLOSIONS IN HIS NAPPIE N THE TESCO ONES SAVE MY LIFE!!!

some nappies don't suit certain babies- my first was a pampers baby so when i had 2nd i just bought them again but after just a few days she got really sore and midwife said it could be the nappies- so she became a Huggies baby til she went into pull-ups! they aren't very good at bedtimes though- my eldest used to be wet through just like your little boy is- they are really only suitable for short periods of time. would maybe suggest different nappies or giving him the bedtime bottle slightly earlier and changing him literally just before you put him to bed- hope this helps x

I agree, it could be the nappies. I think because each baby is a different shape, different brands suit them better. Pampers used to leak at night for my daughter, but we changed her to those nature baby ones and she was fine (in the same size) - my little boy doesn't get on with them at all though, weirdly.

Hi. I had a similar problem with my daughter recently although she is a bit older at 21 months. We are now using Huggies Superdry at nighttime and this has so far eliminated the problem. I hope this helps. xx

there are booster pads that are available to bulk the nappies out. adds more absorbancy to the nappy. could you change the times around with the bottles. so theres that bit longer for the last bottle to go thro him.

maybe you could cut out the teatime bottle and give him some water instead he might not drink so much water? lily's teatime bottle was one of first to go at bout 9mths I think, then lunch. god feels like ages ago and it really wasn't!he only 14mths old now lol. if he's in 4+ nappies I doubt it's the nappies. wouldn't cut out the bedtime bottle. failing that, part from relentless peeing is your little boy otherwise ok? could be urine infection but I doubt it unless his wee is smellier than usual or he's badtempered x x
