i have been diagonised with severe endo , but my mens flow is regular. i have been trying for a baby and still trying .is there any chance for me? advise please..........

I have endometriosis and I'm trying for a baby, I have been unsuccessful however. When I was diagnosed, I was given a follow up appointment to a gynaecologist and she told me to go back to her when I was planning to try for a baby so she could give me advice and put me on a 'fertility plan'. I'm still waiting for my appointment however but have you thought about maybe seeing your gynaecologist?
