Protein and something else found in urine

My midwife found protein and something else (something beginning with L) in my urine at my last ante natal. I know protein is a sign of pre-eclampsia so I'm panicking a bit. Help!

hi,
I know it was a while since you made this post but i'll reply anyway for anyone else......protien is not always a sign of pre-eclampsia it can just mean you are fighting a small infection and as i am guessing the other thing was Leucocytes that is a strong possibility as Leucocytes are White blood cells which fight infections so chances are you had a slight water infection thats all ........nothing to worry about.
