Hi there - I am due to give birth in Feb 09 with 1st child. We will have little help / support around us since our families live outside London. Have you used a maternity nurse to help you in the first weeks? How did you feel it was? Can you recommend a good provider in central London? Many thanks!!!!

Hello, I did some work as a maternity nurse in London many years ago through an agency called "occasional and permanent nannies"...
