i wouldnt give her any food and if shes hungry could u give her a youghurt? my sons very sickly always getting the squits or a cold and i would offer him juice or a yoggie as he likes to call them
hi my little boy had his first sickness bug at 4months. so my heart goes out to you..and at 4months old there is little you can do.
Dry toast and the odd sugar free buiscuit is also fine during sickness..and as for being pregnant? dont worry..being a mum 0f 4 and one on the way..im used to them and it wont harm you or your baby at all. Just be sure if you get it to keep your fluids up!

Hi my little boy had thi same bug last week, we give him dioralyte so that he was replacing the minerals and salts that he was losing through the sickness, but he wasn't hungry for a day, then he ate himself around the house the next day. The bug seemed to last 48hrs tops. Hope this is the same with you.
hiya dont worry bout yourself bugs go round every year and every one picks them up when i was few weeks pregnant i was so ill thought i was gonna doe but everything was fine, if she isnt keepiong nething down i would pop her to the gp just to make sure she isnt gonna get dehydrated
thanks for the advice - i have been to the doctors and apart from sickness she is fine - have been told to give her only water for 12 hours and now she is whining as she is hungry!!!!

Hi there my daughter is 9 months old and has jus benn sick a few times throughout the night - understandably she is upset when she is sick however when she has been sick she is her normal bright and playful self - everything i give her comes back up - I know ther has been a bug going around but i don't know what to feed her and if i should be worried.
also im 4 months pregnant and if i pick up the bug is this anything for me to worry about?? Can anyobe advise - thanks x
