i have red hair and my oh has really dark brown hair so was expecting one or the other and am still shocked at my sons blonde hair it seems to be going whiter as he is getting older wereas i thought it would turn ginge as he got bigger & im pregnant with no2 and wonder what hair this one will have. im one of 3siblings 2reds 1 brunette so its any1s quess what hair colour nu2 wil have!
Baby due in 6weeks and as I have red hair wondering if it will be a little ginge! x
there are only two people who have red hair now in my family and that is me and my cousin and i really hope my first has red hair as i havent had it yet! and all the old ladies at church said they loved it (when i was younger)!
My daughter Milly has red hair. She is the only one of the family who does, Me, Chris(OH), and Ash are blonde, and Finn is brown, so i havn't got a clue where she got it from. Can't tell with the twins yet, they could be red, i'll keep you posted.

hiya chick. what beautiful children. i am a red head myself and i have a brother who has thick red hair too yes i had some ribbing at school when i was a kid but it makes you stronger and i kinda enjoyed the attention. i cant believe they expect her to fake tan hmm kinda superficial and vain. Believe me the boys will love her for her pale skin when she gets older in egypt they used to be classed as princesses thats why cleopatra bathed in milk to lighten her skin.
When I was expecting my first daughter who's now 4 I read about how the red hair gene was dying out. I'm a proud Mum to a red head. I was quite upset when she was born (silly I know) but my eldest gets sooo much attention. Everyone loves it so much. When I had my second daughter who is dark nobody paid her much attention when I was out and about it was all about mt eldest!! Yeah I worry about her, but children are cruel and will always find something to pick on. Long live the red heads!!!!
hi you are totally right long live the red heads...thats coming from a true red head and proud mum to two little red heads leah 5 and sean 2...the red gene is obviously a very strong one i couldnt believe when my two were born with red hair as my husband has very dark hair..im exspecting my third baby in july so it will be interesting to see what colour hair they will have my husband is hoping for dark hair this time as he says our house is ruled by red heads no matter what he'll love them all the same...!!!
Why oh why do some folk just not understand how unique and beautiful red hair is. I myself have dark blonde hair but a few family members have red hair. I beg my sister never to dye her hair and as for all those stunning pictures of your baby red heads, I cant help but stare when I am out and about. I love pale skin and red hair, all are beautiful especially when you see red hair and green eyes or brown wow, lets hear it for the red heads.
