I used the Persona Monitor and found it really easy to use, used it for 2 months and found out I was pregnant.

Good luck with which ever one you decide to buy.

Hi ally1234
There are two monitors to buy a Persona & a Clearblue monitor, Persona are cheaper and do the same job as clearblue ,i bought one for £16 to see if it works for me but im still waitin to use it as i came off my pill and still not had my period. I think a clearblue one will be best for you it is dearer but you can buy them off ebay new for about £60 -£70. Hope this helps x x

I had just finished asking for help, then i came on.
I am not pregnant.
so i guess i will keep trying.
I would be grateful if anyone had any advise about fertility monitors, eg best one to check ovulation, i suffer with irregular periods, between 24 - 26 days, trying to find the most furtile day is a nightmare.

hello... we tried almost 14 months for baby.then atleast one day God blessed us this news that i am pregnant...
for those who are trying for baby i have some tips which me and my hubby tried side by side with praying to God.
after x make your legs in the air like make them stand in air for about 5 mins or ask ur partner after x to shake you from your legs so that that thing can easily go inside .. this tip will increase your chances ....good luck

Hi i stopped the pill in april and have only had two cycles, my first was 58 days and the second 42 days. which feels like forever waiting to ovulate. I have been taking my temp and checking my fluid as they are the best signs to tell you when you ovulate. 'Taking charge of your fertility' is a fantastic book which explains it all and what to look for. I haven't tried ov sticks but I have heard they are very helpful for some people and not others. Fertility monitors are suppose to be the best but are quite expensive, these are more accurate. good luck xx

Any one else having trouble with their periods?Getting bit frustrated with mine. Came off the pill about 18months ago and my periods have not been regular ever since. Do get them every month, but they seem to be on different dates each month between 30-36 days a month. Trying a baby and starting to feel abit down not been able to pinpoint my ovulation date. Just bought some ovulation sticks. Anyone have any exprerience on these? Greatfull for any info x
