Should toddlers exercise?

The first TV "toddleraerobic" routine is to be broadcast at 7.55 every morning, on Nick Jr. The 'Mini Mover's workout' encourages children to "tickle the sky", "storm in the snow" and "jump to the sun". Although many might think it's a positive way of encouraging young children to exercise, concerns have been voiced that this programme will just result in children watching more TV and paying too much attention to their body image. What are your thoughts? Do you think it's a good idea or would you rather your child had a more natural approach to exercise?
