Chesty cough advice...

Hi everyone My little boy is 5 months old and has developed a bit of a chesty cough over the last 2 days. He doesnt have a runny/stuffy nose or a temperature (at the moment!) and isnt bringing anything up with the cough. He has just cut his second tooth and i started to wean him last week so not sure if it could be related to either of these? Any advice on how to ease it? I'm not concerned enough at the mo to feel he needs to see a doctor but it is waking him at night.... Thanks in advance
