Always feel ill on a Sunday....

Hi. To me this sounds ridiculous, but, I always feel quite ill on a Sunday which is the day that I move on to the next week of pregnancy (so today I am 15 weeks). Is this a pure coincidence or have other people found this? I haven't really suffered from morning sickness but have been sick for the last 3 Sundays and have a really horrible headache aswell today. Whats going on?!!!
