1 day period?

When i came off the injection it took about 6 months to get my periods back, and then when they did they only lasted about 1 or 2 days...i then decided to go back on the pill for a coiple of months, and when i came off of that, my periods came back about a month later and they seem to last longer now

Think its just your body getting back to normal!

I can't tell you why it last one day, however. I had my implant removed July 08 as we too had decided to try for a baby. I waited and didn't get my 1 period or my second. I didn't get the second as I was already pregnant now 22 weeks, Good luck and lots of baby dust. xxx

I'd speak to your doc if you're worried. I came off the pill last xmas and didn't have a period for Jan, had one Feb and a one day one in March then nothing until late May then I got pregnant! so I wouldn't worry just now about whether it'll affect your chances. I also had a period whilst I was pregnant in the early stages (not that i knew i was!) and it was for a week! Good luck! xx

i dont know why. my periods have always been irregular one every 3 months is ave for me and they only last about 3 days but never one. i have had no trouble concieving but best thing u can do is speak to ur GP about it. good luck trying xx

Can anyone tell me why my period only lasts 1 day? I came off the pill in August and it took a while for my cycle to start up again, but the last 2 months my period has only lasted for a day. I do get warning signs a few days before ie bad tummy and i expect a very bad monthly but hardly anything happens? My partner and i decided at christmas that we were going to try for a baby and last month was our 1st month trying, but im worried that i wont fall pregnant as my periods just dont seem right. Any ideas? x
