Trying for a baby now

hi all just looking for some advice really. in august 2008 i came off of the pill and has my last period in september 08. however, since then, i have had none! i went to my GP end of january 09 and he referred me for a blood test, which came back all clear and no abnormalities. I asked him if it was ok to continue trying for a baby, and he said yes. Would you recommend its still ok to continue?? Look forward toyour advice take care sam
