For me l think a baby should be breast feed for at least one and a half years. So l intend to stop breast feeding when my baby is one year six months. That is the best

so how long should you breast feed your baby for?? My goal was six months which i'm at now, but i'm not thinking of stopping just yet. Although he has cut down due to weening. I'm not looking forwaed to the teeth coming!! Maybe thats when i'll stop.

I used Boot's Persona. It's actually a contraceptive device, but it tells you when you ovulate, so you can use it in reverse too if you are trying for a baby. It saves you money in the long run as I used to buy those ovulating sticks each month.
