hi me n partner have been for fertility tests and mine have all come back clear but our doctor says that my partners sperm count is a bit low,
im confused does this mean that we will have to have treatment or would it be a simple lifestyle change as my partner smokes cigarettes he doesnt drink or do anythin else but im just confused as i dont get no sense from my doctor,
can his sperm levels go up on there own or are we going to need treatment to help us have a baby
please help as i am really worried!!
thanks xxxx
Just googled it...
Shellfish, liver, nuts (that would be appropriate - nuts for nuts), wholegrains, cheese and - figs?!?!?
Also something to note - alcohol consumption saps zinc supplies in the body. Didn't know that...
Which foods are high in zinc then? x
Ha ha that really made me laugh!!! z
I told my OH the other day I was gonna buy a tomtom for his little men lol!
yea thats what i read when i was trying. shouldnt wear tight trousers as the balls are then too close to the bady making it too warm and kills off sperm i think thats why they shudnt have heat near there too i.e laptop on their lap. zinc is meant to help i either in food or as a vitamin supplement. and smoking and alcohol has a bad effect too. x
Isn't one of the myths of this is blokes need to wear slack pants around their bits so its not all too tight and cramped down there?
Heard about the zinc one -I am going to start slipping that in the hubsters food...
we are all having the same problem xx
What is wrong with the computer it wouldn't put the reply up then it does it 3 times.
