I don't know about you, but I knew I'd spend all my time 'waiting to be ready' thinking about getting pregnant again and wishing for a baby, so we decided to get straight back on with it, as you never know how long it might take to conceive again.
Nothing can prepare you for how harrowing a miscarriage can be (I had 3 in 2006), but finally carrying a healthy baby girl (who turned 2 last week) to full term brought me so much joy, that while I still grieve for the babies I lost, I can accept that the reason they didn't work out was because they weren't going to be healthy and, while it sounds terribly cliched, miscarriage is often nature's way of taking some painful decisions out of our hands.
I wish you the very best of luck (and lots of fun!) in trying again.

Be very sure that you're ready for this.
I had a miscarrage in November 07 and found out I was pregnant again in March 08. I thought I was ready to move on from the miscarrage and fill in the gap it left in my heart, but my miscarrage still haunts me. I love my baby daughter with all of my heart and I wouldn't change her for the world, but I do believe that it was too soon and I wasn't really ready to move on.
The only advice I could give is to make sure you truely have healed from the loss before fall pregnant again.
All the best :)xxxx
