survival tips for Christmas

Am finding the thought of Christmas more than daunting. My 19 month old is having tantrums, I haven't bought any Christmas presents yet and am feeling panicky about Christmas in general. We have to do a long car journey to get to my parents in North Wales so that's stressing me out too! Anyone got any survival tips to help me out?
