hi im 22weeks pregnant and iv pulled the muscle at the bottom of my back 3 times already. the pain is killing me its round my back, side and bump i was given co-dydromol by doc the first time but couldnt take them as they made me sick and couldnt eat for a week. im in constant pain and cant move i need help dont know weather to go back to the doc or to see the midwife i cant carry on like this i havnt been able to pick up my 14month old for weeks now. any advice would be great
looks like you need to get a referal to a physio, try to get an appointment with the doc tomorrow. I ended up with syatica (sorry spelt completly wrong!!!!!) at 36 weeks could only move from bed to a chair for the last month!! our baby is nearly 14 months now and my back is bad, need to do the exercises!!!! good luck
