With my second pregnancy, I was in tears with the same thing. I started seeing a chiropractor about twice a week--it saved me!

I know where you're coming from when i was pregnant with my twins sciatica was a real problem but MW only suggested paracetamol which like you say are useless. Other than that lots of rest. Sorry to say it didn't disappear straight after the birth but did after a week or so take care x

Hi, have you tried heat pads my dad gets trapped nerves in his back and he tried a heat pad the other day for the first time and it completely eased his pain. You just stick them on the area that is hurting. They are also sold in some poundland stores. Think my dad got his from boots but cost £4 but think it can be used more than once. xx

Have you been to the drs about it? They may be able to prescribe some kind of pain killer that is fine to take whilst pregnant. I have a slipped disc at the moment and although im not pregnant at the momment we are trying (also because i havent had a period since a miscarriage in jan yet)and the dr prescribed a painkiller that he said would be safe if i did happen to fall pregnant.
