hi zoebrewski47
I had sickness 24/7 from week 6 up to week 28!!! then I was only ill a few times a week until I gave birth! I know how you are feeling but it honestly is worth it - I was adamant this would be our first and only child haha but as soon as you have given birth you do forget how bad it was!! I found eating little and often helped and eating plenty of carbs and quite bland food (so it wasn't as bad when you were ill!!) stick with it and just keep trying different things until you find what works for you! Good luck and fingers crossed you won't feel ill for too much longer!

Hi

i had awful sickness aswell it was a nightmare, one of the most important things is to make sure you drink plenty of fluids. The only thing i found i could keep down was digestive bics, i ate one as soon as i woke in the morning, even though the thought of it was unbearable, don't ask me how it worked but it seemed to!!

Hi
I also had dreadful day sicness i was being sick al day everyday endind with me loosing 4 stone and i found that if i ate a small bit like a slice of bread size i was ok and i had to do this every hour of i would be so sick. I also found that rice crispies were good with small bit of milk and dry and they are also rich in folic acid.
Try keeping away from cheese and toato based foods these always set me off.

bananas whenever I felt hungry and a jacket potato at lunch worked wonders for me! I know it seems awful now, but most morning sickness goes at about 12-14 weeks. I have had four babies (2 girls, 2 boys) and i got morning sickness with all of them, but it stopped as quickly as it started) good luck and I promise it will be over soon

I know it sounds stupid, have you tried eating little and often?( I expect you are struggling to keep it down at all!!!) I find i feel worse if i havent eaten. Ginger nut biscuits or if not try kelloggs elevenses bars, carrot cake ones. They are the only thing i can keep down, worked for my friend too! x
