Hi im 38 weeks pregnant and each night I have been getting these funny pains, they feel like someone stabbing a pin in my bladder, really sharp, and I can feel the baby putting lots of pressure on my bladder. Has anyone else had these pains? Do you know if its the baby just moving and being a pain lol, or is the baby trying to get engaged or are they braxton hicks? I usually get them for about 2 hours each night and every day they get stronger and more painful also lasting longer. They feel like contractions in the sense that each pain starts off slowly and not too painful, then goes really painful, and then easing off again, lasting on average about 50 seconds in total from start to finish. Any suggestions help, thanks.

Hi there, I think it might be just the head engaging or just that your body is getting ready down there for the baby to come out soon. Good Luck!
