Im 22 weeks pregnant with twin girls, i've breastfed my other 2 girls, only for a few weeks/months; i dont know anyone with twins so i dont know if its even possible?! Or if it is, whether its a complete faf, expecailly with 2 other children?!

My best friend has twin brothers who are younger than her and her mum b/f them both for a long time (at least a year!) and she was 3 when they were born so it is possible! =]
Thanks everyone, i'll do some research on breast pumps etc, as if both are hungry at least someone else could feed one with a bottle or something! Im just really hoping that they wont be slow drinkers, my eldest daughter would down her milk really quickly, but my youngest atm used to take like an hour to have 6 oz! Thats 2 hours everyone 3/4 hours??!! Oh god im going to be the most anitsocial women ever! Hahaa, guess you just have to get on with it! Thanks everyone x
I've heard that you can. I have no experience in this though. But your breasts make enough milk based on how much feeding you do, so I would say it's possible, but its up to you whether you're happy doing it or not :-) x
I know it's possible..when i was in hosp with my first there was a woman who b/f triplets!!! I have managed to b/f but i don't kno if i could managed twins tho but i have known many who have. Sorry am not much help x
trpilets! now that is impressive stuff! im sure it is possible to b/f twins and think avent do a twin breast pump kit (£250!) dont know exactly whats in it tho sorry not much help but angelina-i'm-so-perfect-its-sickening-jolie apparently b/f her twins til they were like 4 months old x x
hi i'm havang twins aswel n although i never breastfed with my other kids i really wanted to this time but i'm not sure if it's going to go as planned suppose all we can do is try it n if it don't work out at least we had a go i have bought an electric pump so will give expressing a go aswel so others can get involved with the feeding (specially hubby in the night lol ) it'll probably be chaos whatever we do.my other 4 kids will make sure of that little monsters!
