Tummy pains normal?

Hi everyone, i wondered if you could give me a bit advice. Im 7 weeks 3 days pregnant with my first baby, ive had all the normal crampy pains and doc has assured me these are normal, however ive started with pains higher up at both sides of my tummy. Its like a tight feeling, im not sure if this could just be wind or growing pains? has anyone else felt the same and should i be concerned? thanks x

i had that but at a bit of a later stage. i would get checked out it may be a urine infection, but most likely baby just moving around and stretching your belly (: hope this helps xx
