Have you tried 'controlled crying' or something similar perhaps. A friend of a friend has problems with her daughter. Everytime they go to eat she starts the waterworks, they've taken to putting her in her cot and walking away. She's safe but she just wants their undivided attention.
have you tried getting a dummy, if the baby starts crying when you eat this might sound cruel but leave her your health comes first. if you don't eat properly you won't have the energy to look after your baby.

Can anyone help everytime i put my 9 week old down after he has fallen asleep in my arms he starts crying again, over the xmas period i thought he got into a routine but the past few days he seems as if he has gone back a few weeks and it is really hard to get him settled again. He feeds every 2 hours then falls asleep so i put him down and a few minutes later he starts crying again. Any advice on how to stop him being so clingy. although i want him to be close to me but he stops me from eating and going to the toilet.
