Same here i've change food around and having salad for dinner, i've cut out bread and joined a gym and go swimming more often. Same here can treat myself at the weekend only.

It's crisps and choc that call me! Well, most things do to be honest, but they are the hardest to resist. Went clothes shopping today, but didn't buy much as my size just feels too tight (I've not quite gone up one size), it was a bit depressing so I'm going to wait til I've shifted some weight then treat myself. I'm off to the local leisure centre later to find out what classes they do. In the meantime, it's lots of fish, lean meat and veg/salad. All very tasty, but not quite a mars bar! (BTW my cycle has bin changing to, 33 days and 40 days, am hopin it doesn't get any longer!) x

I can definately tell that i've put weight on since coming of it. I too get confused with all the abbrieveations. Since coming of the pill my first period took 35 days and this one will probley to as i've past the 28 days again.
It might be the same for you as it takes a little longer for your cycle to work out. Its a pain i know.

Hi, I've put on weight too. Bit depressing as most people seem to lose weight - I'm glad I'm not the only one! I think I have been enjoyin the good lifef a bit too much! The fun stops now tho! Got my rice cakes and humous for lunch. Yippee :( Have made promise to myself that if I am good in the week I can be a bit naughtier at weekends! x

hi ya! iv put on over a stone since comin off the pill! seem to always be hungry all the time! its doin my head in. although, im startin a diet [again] tomorrow lol. got the wii fit aswell to try out. fingers crossed hey! x x

Same here i seem to be hungry but trying not think about it, have started at the gym with my OH and swimming.Have found that once done that don't feel as hungry. Also i'm drinking loads of water to. We have the wii its quite good once get into it. Its just hard sometimes as you wish for it the day before as your going through it, hope that makes sense.
