Yeah I had this the other day, severe back pain (upper + lower) and pain in my lower abdamon too, I believe it was braxton hicks. Made me stop and concentrate on my breathing... panicked thinking it was early labour!! But it passed about several hours. Im 33 weeks.
i think it is braxton hicks hun. i had my baby 2 weeks ago tomorrow and i had simular. how far gone are u? cus when i went into labour i had a tremendous sharp pain just randomly hit my lower back. i was only relaxing on the sofa and jumped up it hurt that much. i then had dull aches in my lower tummy and back which my tens machine got rid of. then i was woke that night in agony and 42 hrs later olivia came into the world. its either braxtons or the real deal hun gud luck xx
oh right, thankyou :) im 35 weeks tomorrow. Was lying in bed trying to sleep and had a really horrible pain on my back and lower stomache. Your daughters got a lovely name by the way xx

all day yesterday and last night i was getting really bad pains in my lower abdomin every now and again and last night the pain was on my back at times. does that sound like braxton hicks to anyone?
