hi everyone
my mother in law in ireland is saying that her other grandchild is now sleeping on her front. i am horrifed as the baby is same age as mine, 3 months. She is put to sleep on her side or her front, because she settles better that way.
I was horrified and told my mum in law why, she said it must be an "english thing"
The baby is now in hospital because her vomit was brown and has had a cold for last few weeks, could this be linked with sleeping on front? My mum in law said "thank god she was on her side when she was sick or she could have choked" and would not listen when i said babies automatically turn head when on back if they are sick.
am i the only one who is horrifed and any suggestions on how i can help without sounding like i am interfering?x
