pregnant or not? confused!!

I had a period on the 2nd june. A normal one.. But now im starting to have little cramps or like feeling butterflies in my belly,soreish boobies. feeling like i just wanna sleep after ive worked a shift at work. and well not sure how to say it really without being disgusting- like blacky/reddy stains in my knickers?!
