ok thanks. i was a bit anemic (not sure about spelling) when i was pregnant but maybe i still am or otherwise it's the fact that my daughter keeps me half the night cos she doesn't like being in her own room.
Was just about to suggest you might be have anaemia.
Try and include a lot of iron in you diet and see if that helps with energy levels..also try napping when your little 1 does during the day :) x

not really baby related but i need help.
i wanna go to the gym just to lose a few pounds to fit back into my old clothes. it was really working at one point but now i'm always so tired.
anyone got any tips to increase my energy? or any tips for gym in general?
finding out why you are so tired will help to resolve the cause for tiredness, that would be ideal. but i understand where you are coming from. new mum with chronic bronchitis as well as glandular fever. hopefully i'm coming out the other side soon, but i have found vitamin b to help with the energy. i'm taking vitamin c to help immunity as well. seems to help but i'm avoiding the gym atm. goodluck.
