big relief

thank you i wasnt at all worried if the baby did have down syndrome but my partnerand his family said that i shouldnt go through having a poorly child again and all the heart ache that goes with it and yes i have seen alot of down syndrome children and they are very loving and cuddly well the ones i have seen have been i had morning sickness all the way thro with my daughther but nothing with my son it was like the perfect pregnancy with him but this one i far worse but at least i know this way i am still pregnant i cant remember worrying this much with my 2 other children does the worry ever go away in pregnancy i wonder if its not one thing it another i am trying to tell myslf to enjoy it but all i do is worry at every little niggle x both my children were early so maybe this one will be too

delighted for you getting the all clear, it is supposed to run in families- a friend of mine had a cousin and uncle with downs syndrome so when she found out she was having a boy she got tested but he was fine! saying that downs syndrome boys are so loving and affectionate and often well behaved i find- i have worked with special needs children alot! i got morning sickness all the way thru with no3 coz she started as a twin! a christmas baby how sweet! two of my girls were just weeks old at christmas and it was lovely- second girl was almost born a few days before christmas but turned out to be a false alarm and she was 8 days late after all that!!

hi just to get this excitement off my chest well a bit anyway i had a scan a week ago for dating and also for the down syndrome scan test just had results in the post and diagnoses is that im a very low risk so that good as i was so worried about this baby after losing a son didnt want anything wrong with another child also the baby great uncle had down syndrome so thts like a big relief also an also hvent really been feeling pregnant the last few days thought morning sickness was wearing off and was getting a bit worried about no symptoms other than sore boobs now just after i read the letter started throwing up again so now know i am still pregnant yippee never thought i would be so glad to have the morning sickness back well all day sickness really x baby due date has also been confirmed 29 dec 09 cant wait
