do baby slings come in handy my little boy is 19 months and the new baby is due on the 30th october i dont really want to buy a double pushchair because the look so heavey and the baby never looks comfy in them , i fort about buying a buggy board and a baby sling soo if i go out on my own i can put the baby in a sling and put my lil boy in his buggy it just seems easyer

thanks both for ya comments mny son do's walk alot but wen we go in shops he like to grabv every singal fing n he finks its a play ground n its pritty hard to tell him to stop it in a shop full of people n coz i am preg as well i cant run afta him coz i suffer wiv bad siatika :| soo i myt get the sling lol

Hey, my friend has a 4 month old little boy and says the sling is invaluable. She would strongly reccomended the BabyBjorn as it is much easier for her (she is very petite) to put him in there than struggle round the shops with a Range Rover sized pushchair! x

I have a carrier as slings dont last as long but I find that he's a bit heavy now, at 6 months to carry round for ages. Can't you try to get ur son used to walking more? With my daughter I took the buggy and made her walk as long as possible until she got in for a rest. Hope that helps x
