Oh sorry to flood your page, but try not to eat big portions of food, especially try not to eat before bed, as this will make it worse!! Sipping milk helps but Rennies and gaviscon is what works best for me :O)

I have it REALLY bad nearly ever day, awful burning acid reflux right up my windpipe area. I often get it at night just before I wanna go to sleep or wake up with it. I swear im living on boxes and boxes of renies lol. I sympathsise with you totally. Its just because baby is squashing your stomach, causing the acid to over flow, prob easier for it to come up into your chest whilst you're lying down, try having yourself propped up a bit whilst you sleep xx

I had it all day everyday, and although people say its an old wives tale that is means your baby will have alot of hair, it was certainly true for my LO lol xxx

Hi, I have been getting this for a few weeks now, im only 23 weeks so cant imagine how much worse its going to get!! Sipping milk definately helps, and gaviscon if you can manage it, it makes me throw up!! It feels like a big lump of mash potato is stuck in your throat, yuck!! I find sucking sweets help too. X
