I'm sorry to hear that.
We have lots of tips on conception such as:
- Eat a healthy balanced diet... Avoid alcohol and smoking... Take some gentle, regular exercise... Enjoy each other's company and find time to do things together... Keep sperm count up by wearing cotton boxer shorts and avoiding hot baths...Get to know your cycle and work out when you are likely to ovulate... Have sex around the time that you ovulate... it's so refreshing to hear of a couple who have stuck together for that amount of time and are obviously still happy AND have 8 children. you sound like an inspiration. i'm on my third pregnancy and ive been with my husband for 9 years. we are very happy together and love our ever growing family but it's bl00dy hard at times. a huge pat on the back.

I totally agree with what you have just said. My parents have been together for over 40 years and that is very rare these days. I think the older you get the more you understand that its too easy to walk away. Relationships are bl00dy hard work on times, and you need to constantly keeping working at it in order for it to last.
