Kate's stupid indeciciveness

Yeah maybe, tbh if we're gunna have one we'll have a live in nanny - but maybe we could have her part time, im not sure really.
Yeah probs just 'complimise' (as you like to say PMSL) about not having her all the time. Just going to be like a complete nappy factory with milk being chucked in as often as possible. All i'll do is sit there with one, change her nappy feed the next, change her nappy, feed the next, change her napyy - and on repeat ALL day lol, so even if the nanny just etertains indy and Isla i'll be happy, just dont want them to be bored all day and miss out on a lot.
I know a few people, 1 or 2 have been quite ill but just like normal flu, others didnt even kno they had it - im treating day to day life as normal - havnt changed a thing. Not sure if i should announce that on here but i just thinks its a bit OTT and excessive to wash my kids hands every 10 minutes! Im certainly not doing that, they'll catch even more things!
No me neither, just think you'll probs catch it either way so im not gunna obsess - if we get it we get it, and we'll deal with it. Simple.

wow thats great so glad to hear they are all thriving. i think ud be mad not to have a nanny at least some of the time lol maybe thats the complimise u can make if u hate having the help get it part time so u can have it both ways. just take each day as it comes. i dont know anyone with swine flu yet but if i get it i get it not gunna send myself in frenzy bout it lol xxxx

Hey, havnt been on here for a while, so thought i'd reply and give you a quick update :)
Really cant wait for them to be home! And it should be soon!
Jasmine has sped ahead and is doing absolutely great! Having quite a few ounces at a time and have been having her and Emme in my room until i went home a few days ago.
Emmie also doing fab, piling on the pounds and generally being a good girly :)
Alexa ALSO piling on the pounds! And generally doing so much better, really catching up with her sisters and enjoying some 'triplet time' with them!
The nurses are expecting Jasmine to be home soon as shes doing so good, and shortly folowed by Emmie and Alexa :)

Been home the last few days and been catching up with Indy and Isla whilst travelling back and forth to the hospital to see the triplets and have little breathing courses etc as for what to do in an emergancy and everything.
Indy is coming out with loads of new words, her favourites atm are Ohhhh God! oooh yes and no way! She was helping me change Jasmines nappy in the hospital and it was a really dirty one and i opend it and Indy went 'OHHH god!' i was like errm excuse me where did that come from? she just found it very amusin, and irratatingly says it in the right situations too!
Isla generally being her funny self, making me wet myself and keeping our spirits up when we havnt been able to see teh triplets for much; however we're trying to take them out and give them a lot more attention because it must be hard for them not having us there and everything.
We've decided that we will definitely need a nanny and night nurse, i personally feel i wont be able to give all 5 girls enough attention on my own; it not that i wont be able to cope, i just dont think its fair on them. And especially if i have all 3 babies screaming cos theyre hungary whilst im trying to do things with Indy and Isla etc etc. We're not certain about a night nurse, i really wanted to do it myself - im not the kind of person to ask for help - but i think it really will test us hvin 3 screaming babies, and its not fair on Jonny - i know he says he doesnt mind at all you know theyre his kids but i know he works hard and to have a few hours sleep and get up and work a long day is just impossible. However it might turn out theyre fine at night so we wont need one, but i just think that a nanny would really help, we've been having a few people to our house and not found any we really like - i want someone who is willing to use my rules and everything instead of coming ibn and changing everyone, but if we're paying them this kind of money i want someone my age who i can chat to all day lol! So hopefully we'll get someone soon :)
Just really dont want people to thinkk im doing it so i can spend the day in bed and go off and shop and everything, im going to be looking after them myself with just an extra pair of hands to make life easier if you get my drift.

P.S anyone had swine flu yet, apparently my village is riddled with it - we're bound to get it sooner or later!

awwww bet u cant wait to get them home and live in the mayhem lol im so glad alexa can spend time with her sisters now so hopefully she wont be too far behind them going home coz shes gunna miss them isnt she bless her. xxx

i know its so good!
im not sure when we can take them home, soon i think but they just need to get a bit bigger because they still cant control their own body temperature and everything but i think it should be soon, especailly for Jasmine and Emmie! Alexa will probably be a bit longer just because they want to make sure shes getting beter and everything. If i was still pregnant i'd be 34 and a few days! So theyre doing great for how tiny they are! xxxx

oh wow thats great to hear am so pleased all 3 are doing so well how much longer till u can start taking them home? please put some pictures on here soon im dying to see all 5 of ur lovely little ladies. lots of love to u all xxx

Hey girlies, thought i'd give you a quick (super long essay) update of the triplets :)
ALL doing FANTASTIC!!!!

Emmie, Jasmine AND Alexa off their oxygen completely and have been for a few days!

Emmie and Jasmine keep growing with mummys gold top milk, and Alexa is catching up VERY fast! Theyre putting a lot of weight on the little fatties!!!
-*-Emmie and Jasmine are starting to have more bottles now, and can drink up to an ounce a time now!!!! Alexa can also drink out of a bottle too, about half an ounce, and just under an ounce if shes feeling hungry!
-*-Emmie and Jasmine sleeping quite a lot in the day, but mostly like cuddles with mummy, daddy and their sisters.
-*-Alexa likes cuddles too, but mostly enjoys spending time in with her other 2 sisters - having a little natter i bet! Shes beating the pneumonia at the moment, and we're hoping nothing else comes up in the mean time. The holes in her heart, seem to be getting a tiny bit smaller, but not smal enough - they might operate, but they'd rather leave it; so we're going to wait and see if they do get smaller themselves - obviously they dont want to leave it too long though. Alexa had her procedure a 5 days ago, they couldnt do it without putting her under anaesthetic as it was much too painful for anyone too handle let alone a tiny baby - i couldnt be there watching it, i knew she needed me but Jonny decided to go with her and i waited til she came out. Went perfect, and although she was in a LOT of pain for a few days after, shes had no breathing attacks since which is fab!
So all 3 doing perfect!
Had a photo shoot thing on wednesday, the triplets had their little preemie dresses on - drowned them a bit but they still looked beautiful. We had a few shots of each girl, and then loads together, and with mummy, and daddy, and both. Then indy and isla got their little whtie summer dresses on and we got LOADS of pictures done of the 5 of them, and some beautiful ones of all 7 of us!

She was one of the twins, and Emmie was the 'extra' lol.
It surprises me because Jasmine and Emmie are so close in everything - weight, length etc; but yeh Jasmine and Alexa are the twinnies! xxx
