Hi ppl. Just got back from the hospital today. Had an appointment with a consultant for a breast reduction (got referred about 8months ago!) Have been accept to get my 34GG boobies cut off lol, But the only thing is., ive now got to stop trying for a baby with my hubby. am so gutted but please. as now my back pain will ease. but am on waiting list for 6-9months..so will now have to put baby making on hold!! :-( xx
I had a breast reduction on the nhs in december 2007 as i had 30J boobs. Only thing I would say is they sometimes grow back. I am pregnant for the second time since August last year and mine have grown back to being a H cup. When I have finished having babies I will probably try to get them reduced again as I hate them again already as they are now massive again and im not convinced that they will get smaller again after lo is born. It didn't matter how much weight I lost they never got smaller. One definate positive though is that I was told I most probably wouldn't be able to breast feed which was fine however when baby was born I found that i was able to express for him so am planning on breast feeding this lo. Had the op at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, Sussex which is one of the best plastic surgery units in the country so would definately reccomend them.
Thanks hun. I know in the long run it will be so much better than i am now. As i find it qutite hard carrying my neice and newphew.. my back kills lol.
Just hard knowing now that i can no longer try for a baby for at least 9months. but then as my hubby said after my operation il be fresh and healthy for the baby. I just went to my doctor about my breast as i work in a care home. bending over kills my back and he took one look at me and said u should def have. then had to wait to see the consultant at Basildon Hospital.essex. Good luck let me know if u go and see them!!! xxx
will do my hubby keeps telling me that i should go to the doctors is stead of complaining about my back ache so i might just do that will keep you posted good luck with yours xx
well i know how you feel about the boob issue i have size 34 h boobs and want mine chopping off to, i hace such back ache on a night time, i have two boys now and trying to breastfeed was a night mare cause they were so big, so i think if you really want rid of them do it first and then have your babies it will make it a lot easier, how did you go about getting them to send you to see some one about it as i would love mine reducing

Thats harsh, but in the scheme of things 9 months isnt that long and after that you will be able to start again and not have to heave your boobs around as well as a bump!
