Right, well i just went to my post box and saw i had one letter, opened it and it was from outpatients asking me to phone and book an apt with the infertility clinic!!!!!! so automatically im really excited, grabbing me diary and the phone at the same time!! Get through to a woman, and i explained i needed to book an apt etc and she said ok and seemed quite helpful. anyway, she took a few seconds to bringup my details and then said right we will have to pop one in the post to you and if its not convenient just phone us back. so i said, we can you not just tell the date now and then i can tell you yes or no, here and now. and she sort of went all quiet and huffed a bit and said no, ill put it in the post. i asked how long will that take and she said if i havent heard in a week to phone back, how stupid is that though!!! on the letter, it says i have 14 days to reply to it otherwise my slot will be lost. stupid woman wasting time!!! anyone else experienced this!xx
Thing is i can understand your phobia as its quite reasonable but mine is just silly and people think i'm really stupid. Especially when i am in the street and someone is sick i start crying and hyperventalating. Its good that you are trying to overcome yours. xxx
A phobia by definition is a debilitating and irrational thought. Yours is not more rediculous than mine!!! Just I can avoid putting myself in the position of having to face it, you can't which in a way is better as you have to face it and in a way is worse coz you just can't avoid it.

I would phone back again and hope you speak to someone else and explain it said you have to reply within 14 days. Hopefully they'll be more helpful.
yeah, I'm getting over it slowly... not a problem if I'm not alone in the car at all anymore, and am now managing a few junctions on my own when I feel up to it. But had major panic attack a few weeks ago when there were a few accidents and traffic was at standstill. Almost pulled over into hard shoulder to go for a walk and one lane cleared at exit so just went off and drove home the long way!!!

lol I have a bit to lose too! Wouldn't mind dropping a dress size due to pregnancy but somehow doubt it... i find I need to eat if I feel queezy! And something that doesn't have sugar... or I feel worse!
Yeah thats what i have doing yesterday and today having something really small but often and today was much better. I cant stand the thought of sweets and chocoate which is mad for me. I cant see a cup of tea or even think about it without wanting to heave and i usualy love tea. xxx
Oooh motorways that must be hard too. Luckily i haven't been sick but feel it alot. I am only 7 weeks but have lost 11 lbs in the last couple of weeks as i'm finding it realy hard to eat. But i have got lots to loose. I hope you don't get the sickness either. My mum didn't with any of her 3 pregnancys jammy bugger. Can't wait to see your post on Tuesday. xxx

Will test on tuesday when I might get a more definite line. So sorry about you feeling sick. Fortunately don't have that phobia, mine is motorways... but must be really hard if you feel rubbish and constantly get the panicky feeling too! Hope you are alright!!! Hoping I won't get sickness!!! Really not looking forward to that part!!!

hmmm well maybe ill ask in holland and barrett and then if they dont know, i can always ask at my apt coming up. night, im off to bed now! lol otherwise ill be on here all night. sleep well hun xx
