Hey, I think that firstly, make sure you aren't just having sex to have a baby as this puts a nasty pressure on your partnership and particularly the man feels likes a sperm donor rather than a loved husband/partner. 2nd - i usually wait 5 minutes, laid down, just a tissue down below to catch anything..and cuddle/chill/chat/he can clean up. Then I don't wash fully like shower - we usually shower before so that we are nice and clean. AFter I just wipe down or shower that area, but not so much that you are "douching" or cleansing out your vagina and Cervical canal - you don't want to do that! It doesn't usually leave a bad odour (your fluids) if you wash regularly, are fairly healthy and clean and don'thave period. Sometimes mens fluids can but that has a lot to do with what they eat (fruit, sweet fruit etc is recommended in this case) and their own cleanliness. If you are really trying, make sure you keep track of your ovulation time - then make sex special too, light candles, try different positions so that man doesn't feel used. Also experts recommend you try every week, not just on the 5 days you might be ovulating, as you don't always know for sure when you ovulate (its different for different people) and it means that sex is regular and therefore increases chance of pregnancy. question. please does any one know how long we should leave it after sx before washing, daft question i know, but if washed out too soon does this not give the lettle fellas no chance of getting any where, where as if left there too long could this not result in causing bad odours or even infections, cleanliness is allways best but this i dont know, any help..
