ouch :(:(

hiya every one how r u all :) , im just writing to day because i was layd in bed and at bout 4 am i moved to move me pillow and i felt the most pain in the left side ov my stomach it was soo painful , it felt like something had riped in side of me its strange but very very painful ,i all so get the pain if i stand up to fast or if u move suddenly but it bring tears to my eyes can any body help n kinda tell me wot it is if any one else has experaniced it :)
