It sounds like your little girl has become reliant on the dummy to help her go back to sleep at night. Whilst you keep offering her the dummy at night she will continue to wake for it. Try settling her using other methods, particularly ones she can soothe herself with for example a favourite teddy or a nightie which smells of you or repeat what you do at bedtime. The more fuss and attention she gets at night the more likely she is to continue to waken. To start with it may take longer to settle her because she is used to having the dummy, but if you persevere with other methods she should soon learn to settle herself.

Hope this helps

How old is she? My LO starting waking again at about 4 months, so I have added solids to his diet... he's a big lad, and up til then solely breastfed, but he started demanding more often and waking more often so I decided that he probably needed more to eat. It's done the job... he's waking at 3 am again now, but I think that is more to do with the heat than anything - getting thirsty in other words. He drops off again after a 10 minute breastfeed...
