Bruised at birth

Just a quick one, Summer was born with a slight bruise on her right eye lid, I think someone mentioned that it was a pressure spot she got while traveling down birth canal. A week on it's not gone infact looking at it today it's worse. Is this normal? When will it go? Cheers, Dave.

hi, gotta say i had my son by c section and he had a 'bruised' eye lid-just looked lol and its the right eye. for the first two weeks, it looked like someone had poked him but its beginning to look less obvious-and he's now 7 weeks! my eldest son who is now 11, had marks across his forehead at birth that lasted years but have now gone..they are called 'stork bites' no idea how or why but midwife said it was nothing to worry about x
