Egg, Dairy and Soya Free Diet

I have done some research and we are hoping to have an appointment very soon with a dietician in the next few weeks but I am surprised how many foods there are out there and everything is well labelled. Once I get into the habit I think everything will be fine, just the initial shock. xXx

My friends baby girl who is 6 months old is on a dairy free diet since she had a very bad reaction to breast milk when she was newborn, I don't know all the ins and outs of it all but I know she gets a prescribed formula that is suitable, she has only just started venturing on solids the last week or so and is only on vegtables at the moment, but I will ask her what she is planning to feed her over the next few months, as she has had a bit of time to prepare for this, and let you know if you like? I would also suggest maybe talking to your doctor as well, as you of course want to make sure your son is still getting all the right nutriants. x x x

My son is now 10 months old and we have just been told that his eczema is due to an allergy to eggs. For the next 4 weeks he needs to go on an Egg, Soya and Dairy Free Diet and I am in a state of panic as to what to give him so any advice please?????
