Help!

My baby has always been very good at going bed at 7pm, he has done this since birth and is now 1, but every morning he gets up at 6.30, I really wish he would sleep longer, any advice to help with this please?

encourage your baby back to sleep, rocking, musical light, small feed, etc. Waking at that time is a habit for him now, so you just need to work on retraining him xx

we have an 18 month old we put him to bed at 7 and he sleeps till between 730 and 830am... if he wakes early we just put on his musical and rub his back for a minute or 2....seems to do the trick...if your lo is waking up at 630 it will take a few attempts to get him to sleep longer!!! do you take him into your bed? never worked for me but my husbnad took our fella in the other morning and he slept till after 8!!!! never worked the next time though!!!
