3yr old so tired

Hi My daughter is 3 past March. She usually goes to bed about 7pm and gets up about 6ish. She used the go for an afternoon nap but we stopped this as she wasn't sleeping at night until sometimes 10/10/30. However, when it comes to about 1pm she is totally shattered, she rolls around on the floor sobbing, screaming begging me to let her go for a sleep on the sofa. Sometimes she'll just sit on the sofa without sleeping but othertimes she'll fall asleep really quickly. The only problem is, if she has any kind of sleep during the day she is awake till really late at night! I can't get her to sleep on any longer in the mornings either. I'm just worried she isn't getting enough sleep and don't know what to do for the best!! Anyone any ideas????
