Article: Over-heating during pregnancy

I have found twice now when i have been in mass i get over heated and feel like i am going to faint. They have big fans at the front but i never seem to get any air to myself. I thought i would try sitting at the back near the door but found it no better.
quite scary after reading overheating can do harm to baby.

Over-heating during pregnancy

It’s not good to overheat when you are pregnant, as your baby will find it difficult to cool down. He has no temperature control mechanism so you have to stay cool to keep him from getting too hot.   Take care when exercising or bathing not to overheat, make sure you drink lots of water when exercising and avoid overly hot baths. For the same reason, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis aren’t healthy environments for your unborn baby.   Make sure you wear cool, loose-fitting . . .
