hey girls has anyone tried registering baby with doctor 2 be told that i should have been given a form when i had his birth registerd and that i cant without it? apparently its a new thing even the health visitors didnt know about it! the registra is ment to give u a form when u r3egister the birth but i wasnt given this has any1 got any advice? been given/not given this form or know where 2 get 1? x
hi when i went to register my weeone i had to take the form its a little slip with their birth number on it i had to take it with me when i went, because they said they couldnt register her without it.
when i went to register my LO 2 weeks ago i was told the registrar was supposed to have given me a form but hadnt, but they let me register her anyway as long as u have NHS number for baby x
My lo is 6 months, when I registered him I din't get any form. As of 1 April 2009 they don't issue one. I filled in form in surgery to register lo and it was fine.
thanks i think i might just go in to register baby with doc and hope and pray they have the form as baby was 6weeks yesterday x
I was told that over the phone yet when I went in they just gave me forms to fill out. I never got any form from the registrar x
